SOUND SUPPORT FOR LIVES AFFECTED BY ALS

SOUND SUPPORT FOR LIVES AFFECTED BY ALS

First data collection

It is almost hard to believe: today is the day when the field phase of our study starts! All 8 participants were recruited by April 7 2018 from the number of patients at ALS Centre Moscow meeting the recruitment criteria: not an easy fit, we found out, and definitely something to think and write about later.

Today we start with the first round of data collection – VFFS test, audio sampling and respiratory measurements. Thank you to everyone who have expressed support, sent kind messages, asked questions, advised, contributed financially, shared information: this study would not be possible without you! We will keep fighting ALS together.
