SOUND SUPPORT FOR LIVES AFFECTED BY ALS

SOUND SUPPORT FOR LIVES AFFECTED BY ALS

Treatment phase: one more week

It is just two of the twelve music therapy sessions that are left for each of the Music Therapy for ALS study participants. 14 more home visits in Moscow this week and then – another round of data collection!

Individualized independent music therapy exercises, version 2, are ready to distribute, so that the participants can continue to exercise safely when we part. For research purposes, 7 sets is generally doable, if utterly draining. For clinical practice – I so wish there was a machine algorithm to make it all more efficient. Maybe this should be our next step?
